CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

If you need to cancel your Nano Brow appointment, please allow 72 hours to notify us of the cancellation. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

NO-SHOWS:

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget her appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. 

LATE ARRIVALS:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, Angie Lash  will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  We may need to reschedule your appointment to another time to safely complete your treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to you and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.   

Sessions to fix, enhance, or otherwise work on old permanent makeup tattoos could take longer  than the original service and will be charged accordingly.

Nano Brow  Touchups:

Touchup appointments are not included in the price of the initial procedure. Angie Lash will go over all of the aftercare instructions with you, along with creating a personalized touchup schedule. The first touchup session should be scheduled approximately 6 weeks after the original appointment. This session is crucial for the best results with your permanent makeup. 

*Additional touchup sessions may be required for oily skin, problematic skin, darkly pigmented skin, and clients who do not follow the aftercare instructions properly.

Existing Permanent Makeup Tattoos:

* If you have existing permanent makeup tattoos, including brows and lips , they must be old and faded before coming into our studio for new work. 

 ⚠️ Angie absolutely cannot complete new work when the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, large, or oddly shaped ⚠️ 

Tattoo removal will be highly recommended before any new work can be completed.
Previous/existing tattoos must be photographed and send via text  before scheduling appointment. An esthetician will confirm if your tattoos are faded enough to be worked on.
